Qualifications

• Real-time documentation support during patient encounters.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred.
• Healthcare terminology, anatomy, physiology coursework is a plus.
• Previous experience as Medical Scribe or healthcare support role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time documentation for physician encounters in the EMR.
• Accompany providers during visits and document encounters in real time.
• Document labs, tests, referrals, and medication changes as directed.
