Ortho San Antonio is seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist for our Alamo Heights outpatient ortho clinic. This role will greet patients and visitors, schedule appointments, manage front desk operations, and maintain confidential patient records with accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of Physical Therapy office experience, strong Microsoft Office and phone skills, and a customer-service mindset.

Formación

• 1–2 years of Physical Therapy office experience is a plus.
• Experience with patient scheduling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service and telephone skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and visitors in person or by phone.
• Schedule appointments and manage front-desk activities.
• Answer questions and reassure patients.
• Maintain and retrieve patient records.
• Update patient accounts with personal and financial data.
• Record and collect patient charges to obtain revenue.
• Protect patient rights by keeping information confidential.
• Follow policies and procedures to maintain operations.
• Collaborate with the team to accomplish related tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
