Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT. The role focuses on assessment, planning, and evaluation of patient care with a team-based approach and adherence to evidence-based practices.

The RN will supervise LPNs/CNAs, participate in clinical discussions, and ensure documentation aligns with hospital guidelines. Night shift availability supports critical patient needs, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• An ASN/ADN holder must obtain a BSN within 4 years of hire unless 15+ years of RN experience in acute care.
• Current RN license in state of practice and BLS-HCP certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize, and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with patients' best interests in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively with patients and families.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs/CNAs and participate in clinical conferences.
• Follow hospital and regulatory guidelines and procedures.
