Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift at St. Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, Montana. The role emphasizes direct patient care, coordination with the health team, and adherence to evidence-based nursing processes.

The RN will assess patient needs, assist in creating individualized treatment plans, and supervise LPNs/CNAs while following hospital policies and safety guidelines. A BSN within four years is required unless exempt by experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice is required.
• BSN degree within four (4) years from date of hire unless 15 years of RN experience in acute care.
• Current American Heart Association BLS-HCP certification upon hire or within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize, and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with the best interests of patients and their families.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
