Job summary

OhioHealth in Grove City, OH is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Med Surg Ortho Unit 1 on the night shift. You will provide general nursing care to patients and families across the continuum of care in a 24/7 environment, under the Ohio Board of Nursing guidelines.

The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, while delegating tasks to LPNs and UAPs within the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. Ohio license and BLS are required; BSN is preferred after 5 years of employment.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification is required.
• BSN required after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care to patients and families throughout the continuum of care in diverse, acute health care settings.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care provided to assigned patients.
• Delegate nursing tasks to LPNs and UAPs per Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
