Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Current RN license in Kansas or compact state.
• BLS/CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS/PALS/NIHSS may be required per department.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients under physician supervision.
• Mentor and train new staff and students.
• Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date care plans.
• Educate patients and families on care, tests, meds and self-care.
• Document accurately per policy and standards.
• Communicate effectively with the care team and patients.
