Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Orthopedics team to support patient care throughout exams and procedures. The role includes vital signs, specimen collection, and assisting with surgeries under physician guidance.

Candidates must have an accredited Practical Nursing program, an active LPN license in the state of practice, and BLS certification within 45 days unless exempted. No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient education on tasks, treatment and self-care.
• Maintains exam rooms and coordinates referrals and tests.
