Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• ASN/ADN holder must complete a BSN within four years of hire unless 15+ years RN experience in acute care exempts.
• Exception exemptions apply for RN employees of specific hospitals as of specified dates.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize, and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Plan, implement and evaluate individualized patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with LPNs/CNAs and other health team members; participate in conferences.
• Follow hospital guidelines, policies and documentation requirements.
