Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for the 8 Med/Surg unit on site at St. Marys Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, CO.

The RN provides direct patient care, assesses needs, and collaborates with the care team to implement and evaluate treatment plans. Active RN license in CO, BSN within 4 years or 15+ years of RN acute-care experience, and BLS-HCP are required; relocation support may be offered depending on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• BSN within four years from hire unless 15+ years RN experience in acute care.
• RN license in state of practice; BLS-HCP certification on hire or within 60 days; ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs.
• Coordinate with health team to ensure evidence-based practice.
• Follow hospital guidelines, policies and procedures.
