Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of RN experience.
• Active RN licensure or RN-Compact licensure.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, time management and critical thinking skills.
• Preferred education is a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with patients and families.
• Coordinate patient care across interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure effective communication among care team and with patients.
• Practice in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in performance improvement activities.
• Support evidence-based research and protocols to improve outcomes.
