Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Acute Orthopedic Surgical Care to deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing within an interdisciplinary team. You will perform the full nursing process, ensure safety, and mentor staff while supporting quality improvement initiatives.

The role requires an RN license (single-state or compact) and BLS/ARC-BLS certification, with less than one year of clinical experience preferred.

Qualifications

RN license (single-state or compact)
BLS or ARC-BLS certification obtained upon hire
Less than one year of clinical experience including clinical hours in accredited programs
Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Responsibilities

Perform nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practices
Deliver patient-centered, culturally competent care
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team through effective communication and documentation to ensure safe, high-quality care
Support performance improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice to enhance outcomes
Mentor and precept new staff to develop a qualified healthcare workforce
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies including safety standards
