Job summary

Utah Office of Recovery Services in Taylorsville, UT is seeking an ORS Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a hybrid work setting. You will supervise staff, manage workloads, provide training, and ensure compliance with agency policies.

Responsibilities include evaluating cases, delivering trainings, developing materials, and maintaining records. Strong communication, confidentiality, and problem-solving are essential.

• Principles,theories, and practices of performance management

• Read,interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures
