W3R Consulting in Chicago, IL is seeking a Billing Account Specialist responsible for day-to-day account setup and maintenance for national and local accounts. You will support account conversion activities, including testing, and provide SME guidance for account setup processes.

Responsibilities include monitoring reports for anomalies, interfacing with internal/external teams, and ensuring SLAs are met. A strong background in group health billing and Oracle Revenue Management is required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED or higher required.
• 3 years experience in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing.
• 3 years experience in group health billing account setup.
• Knowledge of group health account state and federal regulations.
• PC proficiency including Microsoft Office and databases.
• Strong problem resolution skills.
• Project management skills and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to interface with multiple departments and leadership levels.
• Familiarity with benefits program and stop loss applications.

Responsabilités

• Handle day-to-day billing account setup and maintenance for national and local accounts.
• Support account conversion activities, including testing.
• Provide subject matter expertise for account setup activities.
• Monitor reports for anomalies and take corrective actions as needed.
• Interface with internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Meet prescribed SLAs and contribute to process improvements.
