The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) in Dallas is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) within the IT Enterprise Architecture Data & Corp Tech team. This role focuses on combining business analysis with enterprise platform administration to ensure accurate billing processes.

You will work with technology, operations, finance and vendors to gather requirements, test changes, and optimize workflows, with a hybrid onsite/remote

Qualificações

• Entry level; internship experience highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, BSM, or related field required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the administration and support of Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) application.
• Provide production support for billing users by troubleshooting and resolving system and billing-related issues.
• Support ORMB system configuration activities, including fee setup, price assignments, price lists, entity hierarchies, and business rules.
• Assist with user access management, testing, and validation of system changes.
• Work with business and technical teams to investigate and resolve application issues.
• Maintain system admin documentation and procedures.
