Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking an ORMB Business Analyst to bridge finance and IT, gathering requirements for billing, revenue, tax, and financial reporting within ORMB.

You will author BRDs, define test plans, coordinate UAT, and support upgrades, migrations, and data reconciliation while collaborating with Agile teams and stakeholders. Strong SQL/PL SQL skills, experience with Oracle-based systems, and familiarity with APIs and BI reporting will help drive compliant, auditable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS or related field.
• 3+ years in business analysis for finance systems or enterprise billing.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on with Oracle ORMB/CC&B or similar platform.
• Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, ORMB team, and vendors throughout project lifecycle.
• Elicit, document, validate functional and non-functional requirements for ORMB billing/revenue processes.
• Conduct workshops/interviews to map current and target state processes.
• Author BRDs, functional specs, use cases, flow diagrams, data mappings.
• Define and coordinate UAT and traceability matrices for requirements.
• Support change management: impact assessments, communications, training materials.
• Maintain repository of documentation and UAT results.
• Analyze data and present insights to stakeholders and leadership.
• Assist with project/program management using SQL and APIs.
