Job summary

Radio One Communications in Orlando seeks an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead the operation with full P&L responsibility. You will own revenue, margins, budgeting and cash performance while directing sales, engineering, field ops, Rentals, BDA and service, and driving profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of leadership experience in telecommunications, wireless, technology or related industry.
• Proven P&L and financial management experience.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing sales professionals.
• Strong business planning, budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Excellent commercial judgment including pricing, margins and risk management.
• Ability to build long-term customer and industry relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Results-driven, hands-on leadership with strategic execution.
• Experience balancing strategic planning with day-to-day leadership.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the business P&L, including revenue, gross margin, expenses and cash performance.
• Develop and execute annual business plans and long-term growth strategies.
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team with clear accountability for bookings and pipeline.
• Conduct regular forecast reviews and ensure CRM discipline and accountability.
• Work with key customers to develop and close major opportunities.
• Build relationships with major customers, contractors and industry partners.
• Drive growth across product lines and services; identify new markets and opportunities.
• Review pricing and proposals to protect margins and ensure profitable growth.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and service to deliver projects safely and profitably.
• Recruit, coach and develop employees; foster a culture of accountability.
• Maintain a strong focus on health, safety and environmental performance.
