Job summary
AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care across physiologic, psychosocial, and developmental factors. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, administer medications, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the health care team to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.
This full-time Day shift role requires RN license, BLS, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- RN license required
- BLS certification required
- 1+ acute care hospital experience preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans and evaluate outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
- Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
