Job summary

Westgate Resorts is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead business initiatives and operational improvement projects onsite in Orlando, FL. You will collaborate with stakeholders, operations, and IT to plan, track, and deliver initiatives that improve efficiency and customer experience.

The role requires experience in PM, data analysis, dashboards, and reporting, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in project management, business operations, business analysis, process improvement, analytics, or reporting.
1+ years of experience working with data analysis, business intelligence, dashboard development, reporting tools, or KPI management.
Experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in hospitality, vacation ownership, resorts, call center operations, customer service, travel, or related industries.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, Analytics, Data Science or related field.
Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and project management best practices.
Experience creating dashboards, KPI scorecards, metrics, and executive reporting.
Ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from initiation through deployment and post-implementation review.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, milestones, and success metrics.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans to ensure successful execution within deadlines.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Facilitate project meetings, presentations, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
Ensure alignment between business goals, operational needs, and technical solutions.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable project plans.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
Research operational challenges and recommend process improvements and scalable solutions.
Collaborate with leadership and operational teams to support strategic initiatives.
Develop project performance dashboards, KPI tracking tools, and operational reporting solutions.
Create reports and visualizations that support business decision-making.
Analyze data trends and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Establish reporting methodologies and KPIs that measure project success.
Coordinate system testing, UAT, and validation prior to implementation.
Support deployment activities and post-launch performance reviews.
Document workflows, project procedures, user guides, and reporting instructions to support adoption and sustainability.
