Technical Project Manager, Data Warehouse & Enterprise Reporting

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager, Data Warehouse & Enterprise Reporting to lead the delivery of strategic data and analytics initiatives across the enterprise. This role will be responsible for managing complex programs involving enterprise data warehousing, modern reporting platforms, cloud-based data ecosystems, and business intelligence solutions.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing large-scale data engineering and analytics projects, with strong technical understanding of Microsoft Fabric (preferred), or comparable platforms such as Azure Data Services and Databricks. This individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, data engineering teams, architects, analytics teams, and executive leadership to ensure successful delivery of high-impact data solutions.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive execution across multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data warehouse, business intelligence, and reporting initiatives.

Technical Delivery Oversight
  • Partner with data architects, engineers, analysts, and reporting teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
  • Manage projects involving:
  • Enterprise Data Warehousing
  • Data Integration and ETL/ELT Pipelines
  • Business Intelligence Solutions
  • Data Governance and Data Quality Initiatives
  • Ensure solution designs adhere to enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and data governance policies.
  • Monitor project health and proactively resolve roadblocks impacting delivery.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to define requirements, priorities, and success metrics.
  • Build strong partnerships across Finance, Operations, Marketing, Revenue Management, Customer Experience, and Technology teams.
  • Coordinate third-party vendors, consulting partners, and offshore development teams when applicable.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks before they impact business outcomes.
  • Manage change requests and ensure proper governance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish and track KPIs, project milestones, and delivery metrics.

Required Qualifications
