Job summary

Qualifications

Direct management of budgets $10M–$50M per project.
Excellent written and verbal communication with strong time management.
Experience leading multiple projects with focus on finance and timeline consolidation.
Advanced PM tools: MS Planner, MS Project, MS Excel, Jira, SmartSheet, MyPPM.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple medium-to-large initiatives end-to-end to deliver reliable outcomes.
Establish governance with RAID, change control, and data-driven decisions.
Communicate project status and financial outlook to leaders clearly.
Plan for security, compliance, and handoffs to ensure quality delivery.
