Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience, including leadership of large-scale technology initiatives.
• 5+ years managing enterprise data warehouse, analytics, business intelligence, or reporting projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project governance practices.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams comprised of architects, data engineers, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data warehouse, business intelligence, and reporting initiatives.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.
• Drive Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate.
• Facilitate project governance, steering committee discussions, executive updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical architecture, and delivery timelines.
