Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Orlando, FL to support the ABMS DI Network program. You will assist daily warehouse operations, verify receipts, inventory integrity, and ensure accurate data entry into Costpoint or related systems.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, a DoD Secret clearance with potential upgrade to Top Secret/SCI, and experience with Excel and document management tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3–5 years of related experience.
• US Citizen with active DoD Secret clearance and potential upgrade to Top Secret/SCI.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and DoD material handling standards.
• Experience entering and validating data in an enterprise inventory system.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming material and verify against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Record receipts, issues, returns, and movements in Costpoint or designated systems.
• Perform wall-to-wall inventories and cycle counts; document quantities and locations.
• Maintain organized storage areas with accurate bin labels and identifiers.
• Track inventory levels and submit restock recommendations.
• Prepare and validate shipments, DD1149s, packing lists, and shipping docs.
