Job summary

Leidos in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Analyst to join our Defense Sector. You will develop RMF A&A packages, document security controls, and support DoD security requirements for critical networks.

This on-site role requires DoD 8140 baseline cert, active DoD Secret clearance (TS/SCI upgrade preferred), and strong collaboration with architects and developers to ensure secure policies across SCI systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of related experience.
• Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience (preferred).
• US Citizen; Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to upgrade to TS/SCI.
• DoD 8140-compliant baseline certification (e.g., IAT Level II).
• Experience applying RMF within DoD/IC environments.
• Experience with ICD 503 and cross-domain architectures.
• Experience documenting NIST SP 800-53 controls.
• Experience in SCIFs and classified networks.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to brief diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop RMF A&A packages and document security controls.
• Build system scanning plans and POA&Ms.
• Assemble Body of Evidence validating control implementations.
• Analyze findings, prioritize risks, and track remediation.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to enforce security policies.
• Assess SCI threats and develop mitigations across the program life cycle.
