Job summary

Leidos seeks a Warehouse Associate to support the ABMS DI Network program in Orlando, FL. This on-site role collaborates with Operations, Property Management, Procurement, Engineering, and Logistics to ensure accurate receipt, storage, and movement of material.

You will perform inventory counts, verify serials, prepare kits and shipments, and maintain records in Costpoint. Candidates should have a high school diploma, 3–5 years of related experience, and a DoD clearance with potential upgrade to

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3-5 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with DoD material handling and warehouse ops.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming material against POs and packing lists.
• Verify item IDs, quantities, serial numbers, condition, and discrepancies.
• Record receipts, issues, returns, and location movements in Costpoint.
• Validate project and funding information and escalate inconsistencies.
• Conduct wall-to-wall inventories and cycle counts with Property Management.
• Maintain organized storage areas with accurate bin labels and locations.
• Prepare and maintain shipping records and supporting docs.
