Motorola Solutions is seeking an Onsite Smart Connect / WAVE VoIP Engineer to support US Federal Government Systems. The role requires sitting onsite in Orlando, FL and coordinating with engineering teams to resolve technical issues.

The candidate should have 4+ years in Smart Connect / WAVE, VoIP, LMR, or related telecom domains, and be a U.S. citizen able to obtain security clearance. A comprehensive benefits package is offered along with paid holidays and retirement plans.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience with Smart Connect / WAVE, VoIP, LMR, RF Systems, Radio Communications, IT Systems, IP Networking or related fields.

U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance for government contracts.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for Smart Connect / WAVE technical issues and manage onsite coordination in Orlando, FL.
Oversee maintenance issues, issue escalation, and monitor system performance.
Provide system support, maintenance, and updates for the WAVE system.
Coordinate and lead technical resources for resolution of open Customer Service Requests.
