Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Onsite Smart Connect / WAVE VoIP Engineer to be the primary contact for technical issues, based in Orlando, FL. You will oversee maintenance, issue resolution, and system performance across Mission Critical networks for U.S. Federal Government projects.

The role requires deep experience with ASTRO 25, APX CPS, WAVE, and related IP networking. Onsite presence and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Smart Connect/WAVE, VoIP, LMR, RF systems, or related fields.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance as required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; no sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite primary contact for Smart Connect / WAVE issues in Orlando, FL.
• Coordinate maintenance, issue resolution, and system performance monitoring.
• Troubleshoot ASTRO 25 M3 trunking and APX CPS programming tasks.
• Manage user licenses, configurations, and interoperability with partners.
