Job summary

CFS in Orlando is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead day-to-day AP across multiple entities, ensuring timely processing of invoices, approvals, and payments. This onsite role oversees ACH, wire, checks, and electronic payments, and drives process improvements with ERP enhancements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in leadership of high-volume AP, advanced Excel skills, and a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing Accounts Payable teams in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle AP operations, reconciliations, month-end close activities, internal controls, and vendor payment processes.
• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle Fusion and Medius experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day Accounts Payable function, including invoice processing, approvals, vendor management, and payment execution across multiple entities.
• Oversee ACH, wire, check, and electronic payment processes while ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Monitor AP reconciliations, accrued liabilities, workflow activity, and month-end close requirements to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Establish and track departmental KPIs, identify process bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on ERP enhancements, automation projects, audits, and procure-to-pay process improvements.
