CFS is seeking an Interim Accounts Payable Manager in Winter Park, FL to lead the AP team onsite. The role focuses on guiding the AP function during a growth phase and strengthening the company’s accounting infrastructure.

You will partner with accounting leadership, manage day-to-day AP operations, and drive process improvements while balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on support.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing an Accounts Payable team in a complex, multi-entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of AP operations, vendor management, payment controls, and process improvement.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Sage, RealPage, Entrata or similar technology.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day leadership and accountability for the accounts payable team.
• Monitor AP aging, invoice processing, payment activity, and department workload; ensure timely issue resolution.
• Review and enhance accounts payable processes, internal controls, and vendor management procedures.
• Partner with Accounting, Property Management, Development, and Construction teams to support month-end close activities.
• Document procedures, identify automation opportunities, and prepare the department for long-term scalability.
