Job summary

Cartier is seeking a luxury retail ambassador in New York to consistently meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional client experiences across all touchpoints. You will actively participate in daily boutique operations, merchandising, and client relationship management to uphold the Cartier brand.

The role requires 2–5 years in luxury retail, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work retail hours including weekends. SAP and MS Office familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of luxury retail experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment.
• MS Office proficiency; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and/or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain Cartier standards.
• Develop and manage client relationships and CRM initiatives.
• Assist in daily boutique operations and merchandising.
• Participate in inventories and events as needed.
• Support after-sales clients and maintain brand ambassador image.
