Job summary

Cartier is seeking a dedicated ambassador for our boutique in the United States. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience, achieving sales targets, and actively participating in daily boutique operations as part of a high-end Maison environment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail.
• Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday consistently in addition to one weekday.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships at all touchpoints.
• Support daily boutique operations and inventory processes.
• Cultivate new and existing client relationships through CRM initiatives.
• Assist with in-store events and client outreach.
