Job summary

OnTrac in Orlando is seeking a Linehaul Dispatch Specialist to coordinate dispatch activities for the regional fleet. The role focuses on maintaining safe operations, timely freight movement, and accurate administration in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers full-time hourly pay, benefits including medical, dental, and vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other programs. Requires at least two years of administrative experience and a high school diploma; shifts Sunday–Wednesday

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years administrative or clerical experience, Fleet experience preferred.
• High School Diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to policies in the Safety Program.
• Follow up with facility personnel on maintenance issues.
• Administer fleet maintenance records, process fleet invoices, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Field telephone calls, file, and data entry.
• Maintain fleet files and costing sheet.
