Job summary

OnTrac in Dallas is seeking a Linehaul Dispatch Specialist to join our fleet operations. This full-time role handles fleet maintenance records, invoice processing, and regulatory compliance within the OnTrac Fleet Department.

The position requires at least two years of administrative experience and a high school diploma, with strong data-entry and communication skills. Shifts run Saturday through Wednesday, 1:30pm–8:00pm, in DeSoto, TX.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of administrative/clerical experience; fleet experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Strong communication and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program
• Consistent and effective follow-up with facility personnel on maintenance issues
• Daily administration of fleet maintenance records, daily processing of fleet invoices, and ensuring regulatory compliance of the OnTrac Fleet Department
• Field telephone calls, file, and data entry
• Maintain all fleet files and costing sheet
