Kimley-Horn's Orlando, Florida office is seeking a Civil Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join the Land Development team. You will perform site development engineering, manage residential and commercial projects, and collaborate with a team of engineers and designers.

Responsibilities include coordinating permitting, budgets, schedules, and client meetings while building internal and external relationships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant engineering design experience.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience with site civil design, permitting, and software tools.
• Familiar with coordinating with clients and overseeing quality standards.
• Ability to build plan sets and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform site development engineering and project management tasks for residential and commercial projects.
• Work on land development site designs and related permitting.
• Assist in monitoring project progress, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, attend meetings, and manage quality control.
