WithumSmith+Brown is seeking an IT Services Intern to join our Orlando office full-time. Under supervision, you’ll provide operational support to the IT organization, offering first- and second-level hardware, software, and networking assistance to staff locally and remotely.

This role emphasizes customer service and rapid issue resolution. You’ll collaborate with IT team members to complete technology projects across the firm, travel to local offices as needed, and contribute to ongoing

Qualifications

• Senior and/or master's/bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
• Understanding of end-user support in a Microsoft environment is required.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, hardware, and MS Office; Java/HTML/SQL coding experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Primarily support our Orlando offices and assist IT staff.
• Coordinate with vendors for asset shipment and delivery.
