Job summary

Enterfusion's IT Help Desk Intern program offers hands-on experience in a collaborative downtown Orlando setting. You'll learn ticket handling, hardware/software troubleshooting, and customer support while contributing to real projects.

Schedule is 30-40 hours per week; compensation is 18 USD per hour. This paid internship is ideal for students or recent graduates pursuing IT, with opportunities to grow and network within our tech team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software applications, and networking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the IT support team with daily help desk operations, including responding to tickets and resolving technical issues.
• Shadow experienced technicians to learn best practices in troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
• Participate in the onboarding process for new technologies, helping prepare equipment and configurations.
• Document solutions and create knowledge base articles to streamline future support.
• Take part in team meetings, contributing your ideas and gaining insights into project management.
• Support special projects as assigned, allowing you to explore various areas within IT.
