Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Orlando, FL seeks an experienced Employment Litigation Of Counsel to defend and litigate a range of employment-related claims and provide strategic advice to employers. The role requires a JD from an accredited law school, 9+ years in employment litigation with first-chair experience, and current Florida Bar admission in good standing.

Supervisory responsibilities include overseeing associates and paralegals and guiding case strategy.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• 9+ years of experience in employment litigation, with first-chair case management experience.
• Current Florida Bar admission in good standing.
• Supervisory experience over associates and paralegals.
• In-depth understanding of state and federal agency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges.
• Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law issues.
• Represent employers in court, arbitration, and mediations on employment matters.
• Manage class/collective actions and cases involving discrimination, harassment, and other employment issues.
