Responsibilities

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges
• Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law issues
• Represent employers in court and arbitration, before administrative agencies, and at mediations in employment matters
• Class action experience is preferred but not required
