• Admitted to the CA state bar and compliance with ethical requirements.
• Understanding of current agency (state and federal) procedures.

Responsibilities

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges.
• Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law issues.
• Represent employers in court, arbitration, agencies, and mediations in employment matters.
