Defense Acquisition Support Services LLC is seeking an experienced Agile Program Manager to lead a large, multi-site APS contract for a U.S. Army program office based in Orlando, Florida.

The role manages a capacity pool of ~200 professionals across six directorates and multiple sites in the U.S., Germany, and South Korea, ensuring backlog, capacity, and flow metrics meet Definition of Done. You will run Jira dashboards, oversee sprint cadences, and brief Government Product Owners from

Qualifications

• Active DoD security clearance.
• 5+ years of program management experience leading Agile teams on federal or commercial contracts.
• Experience scaling Agile across multiple teams while aligning with strategic goals.
• Advanced Agile certification (PMI-ACP, CSP, SAFe Agilist, SPC) or equivalent.
• Hands-on Jira experience to track capacity, backlog workflows, velocity, and dashboards.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Willingness to work on site in Orlando and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Government's single point of contact for contract execution across portfolios.
• Manage enterprise capacity pool; allocate pods, run weekly replenishment, and cadence.
• Own Jira configuration and Agile performance dashboards at multiple levels.
• Ensure deliverables meet Definition of Done; run Operations and Capacity reviews.
• Direct workforce management; backfill vacancies within 20 days; maintain crosswalks.
• Lead Agile adoption with Government Product Owners; establish communities of practice.
• Oversee dispersed teams in the U.S., Germany, and South Korea; travel as required.
• Deliver monthly progress reports and Agile management plan; log hours per instruction.
• Manage subcontractor deliveries; monitor QA/metrics per plan.
• If pre-award, participate in proposal oral presentations as APM candidate.
