• Attend new referral source meetings.

• Recruit Loan Originators at the discretion of the Branch Manager.
• Supervise and coach Loan Originators to ensure they are maintaining their production goals.
• Train the Loan Originators relative to proper sales techniques and standards, with appropriate follow-through.
• Monitor quality of loans originated by Loan Originators and ensure they are within company policy and guidelines.
