West One Capital Group Inc. is seeking a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator for our residential lending team. We offer an industry-leading compensation structure and a suite of products including Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo-ARMs, and NON-QM.

We provide in-house processing support and advanced origination software such as Encompass and Calyx Point. You will build client relationships, market loans, and collaborate with realtors and CPAs while ensuring compliance and timely loan closings.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1–2 years as Mortgage Loan Originator with self-generation of loan production.
• Proficiency in Encompass and/or Calyx Point.
• Thorough understanding of mortgage products, programs and regulatory requirements.
• National NMLS registration required.

• Build and maintain relationships with existing clientele and database.
• Market loans to West One Capital Group’s database.
• Develop relationships with realtors, CPAs and referral sources.
• Represent the company at networking events to generate leads.
• Counsel and pre-qualify potential homebuyers.
• Complete uniform residential loan applications accurately.
• Gather documentation while ensuring compliance with RESPA, TILA, HMDA.
• Monitor loan progress per FNMA, FHLMC, VA, FHA and investor guidelines.
• Communicate with processors, buyers, realtors and builders on loan status.
• Work in a hybrid environment with remote or office location options.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with your existing clientele and database.

• Establish and grow relationships with realtors, CPAs, and other referral sources to create lending opportunities.
• Represent West One Capital Group at networking events such as industry seminars, local chamber meetings, realtor functions, brokers’ open houses, and other lead-generating activities.
• Counsel and pre-qualify potential homebuyers.
• Complete uniform residential loan applications accurately and efficiently.
• Gather necessary support documentation while ensuring compliance with mortgage lending regulations, including RESPA, TILA, and HMDA.
• Monitor loan progress to ensure adherence to FNMA, FHLMC, VA, FHA, and investor guidelines.
• Communicate regularly with loan processors, buyers, realtors, and builders regarding loan statuses.
• Work in a hybrid environment with the flexibility to operate remotely or from any West One office location.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years as a Mortgage Loan Originator with a demonstrated ability to self-generate loan production.
• Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Encompass and/or Calyx Point.
• Industry Knowledge: Thorough understanding of mortgage products, programs, regulatory requirements, and loan processing, underwriting, and closing procedures.
• Personal Traits: Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Licensing: National NMLS registration required.
