Job summary

Specialized Assessment & Consulting is seeking a Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist (COMS/O&M) for a part-time, in-person role at a Buna, TX school across multiple campuses.

You will serve K-8 students with visual impairments, attend ARD meetings, and consult with school staff while collaborating with a supportive team to manage a small caseload.

Qualifications

• Certification from the Academy for Certification of Vision Rehabilitation and Education Professionals (ACVREP)
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• A minimum of 2 years experience as a Certified O&M Specialist / COMS in a school setting

This job is in person at a school on multiple campuses in Buna, TX (77612). There are 2 students on the caseload fortherapy services and evaluations as needed for grades K-8.

O&M Specialist rates start at $45/hr
