Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent and 2 years of professional experience.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in higher education, student affairs, instructional design, or related field.
  • Three+ years of progressively responsible professional experience in orientation or related program administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design, implementation, assessment, and improvement of orientation experiences.
  • Manage digital orientation curriculum and digital engagement activities.
  • Coordinate communications, facilities usage, staffing, and program delivery.
  • Supervise temporary graduate and undergraduate staff and oversee training.
  • Develop assessment tools and translate findings into program improvements.
  • Oversee budgeting, human resources, and vendor relationships as needed.
