Guidehouse is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Consultant to lead engagements for federal civilian agencies, guiding organizational change, operating model shifts, and performance improvements. You will partner with clients to gather requirements, analyze data, and deliver executive-ready recommendations.

Based in the McLean area, you will mentor junior staff, contribute to business development, and travel up to 10% to client sites or offices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in strategy, transformation, or consulting.
• Experience with federal civilian agencies or DoD/public sector is a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to produce executive-ready deliverables.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
