Job summary

Veritas Partners is seeking an Organizational & Performance Management Partner for a longtime financial services client. This strategic advisor strengthens culture, leadership effectiveness, performance management, employee engagement, and succession planning.

As an internal consultant and change agent, you partner with leaders, HR, Communications, and Learning & Development to align people strategies with business priorities and long-term talent needs, while guiding data-driven decision making

Qualifications

  • Eight+ years of progressive experience in organizational development, performance management, talent strategy, or related roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, psychology, HR, or related field; master’s preferred.
  • Experience designing enterprise performance, succession, talent review, leadership, and competency frameworks.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, analytical, reasoning, and judgment skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority and build trust across functions and leadership levels.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and work independently under pressure.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a changing environment.
  • Experience driving adoption of new systems, behaviors, and organizational practices.
  • Knowledge of engagement platforms, talent systems, and OD tools/models.
  • Flexibility to travel, including occasional overnight travel to branch offices and other facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead organizational initiatives supporting culture, engagement, organizational effectiveness, and business alignment.
  • Design and manage enterprise performance management programs that promote feedback, development, accountability, and high performance.
  • Lead succession planning, talent reviews, leadership pipeline strategies, and development planning.
  • Analyze engagement, performance, retention, exit, and other organizational data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
  • Facilitate strategic planning, team effectiveness, leadership alignment, and change initiatives.
  • Coach leaders on organizational effectiveness, change management, team dynamics, feedback, and leadership development.
  • Develop tools and resources that promote psychological safety, inclusive leadership, and accountability.
  • Partner across functions to integrate people, learning, and organizational strategies.
  • Use data, systems, and OD tools to provide insights and inform strategic decisions.
