Job summary

LifeScience Logistics LLC. is seeking a Training and Organizational Development professional to design and deliver effective training programs using Compliance Quest. You will assess needs and implement measures to improve employee performance and assist in policy education.

You will work with MS Office tools, deliver clear communications, and support morale initiatives while meeting preliminary employment requirements, including background checks and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Associate or/and bachelor’s degree in training and development, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to take initiative and able to work independently.
• Demonstrates resourcefulness, ownership and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge MS Office Suite specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exhibit exceptional interpersonal relationships with employees, peers, and customer
• Professional dress is required.

• Have thorough knowledge and understanding of Company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook, and standalone policies.
• Assist in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of facility in relation to established goals.
• Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed.
• Support Organizational Development’s morale initiatives by facilitating employee social functions.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Skillfully navigate through Quality and Employee Management Systems with training – CQ.
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Basic to Intermediate to Advanced Public Speaking and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience utilizing web-based telecommunication software.

Additional Employment Requirements

• Must be able to successfully meet all preliminary employment requirements (i.e., background check, etc.).
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Physical/Mental/Visual Demands

• Work is light to medium in nature with frequent walking to perform assigned tasks.
• Occasional lifting of 25 - 50 lbs. is required.

Working Conditions

• Activities occur both inside and outside.
• Hazardous conditions may exist, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts.

• Equipment: Desktop computer, fax machine, copier, desk phone, and cell phone.
