Qualifications

• Masters degree required in a related field.
• Experience in organizational development in a complex setting (10 years).
• Strong skills in leadership strategies and development coaching.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leadership to diagnose and implement organization-wide solutions.
• Design and conduct assessments to guide change and development.
• Provide confidential executive coaching to leaders and manage vendor partnerships.
• Lead retreats, succession planning, and leader onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with HR, Learning and Development to integrate organizational learning.
