This position reports to the Organization Development Manager. The Sr Organizational Development Specialist is responsible for defining the strategy andcoordinating the learning and development process for Gerdau North America.This position functions as a process expert, actsas a liaison with the Global Center of Expertiseand supports the Field HR. The Sr OD Specialist also monitors, maintains, and reports the effectiveness of programs and tools, and seeks continuous improvement and alignment with Gerdau.
This position will be responsible for providing guidance and functional support to Field HR (Managers and Generalists) in learning and development, pipeline processes, culture management, and engagement. The focus will be on designing and developing solutions, which HR will implement in their assigned customer groups, aligned with our objectives of creating hi-performing teams, and a Cyber Powered organization. The company’s projects and priorities will determine which Organizational Development processes this position will be responsible for at any given time, and therefore, this position must have the ability to be cross-functional and adapt to changing priorities.
