Responsible for independently advancing assigned organizational development initiatives that require applied judgment, stakeholder coordination, and practical recommendations within established program areas.
Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary Job Responsibilities as described above.

Position requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, communications, or a related field, and five years of experience in human resources, organizational development, learning and development, employee engagement, change management, training, project coordination, or related work. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Position requires proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; working knowledge of organizational development, learning and development, employee engagement, survey administration, change management, or project coordination practices; familiarity with AI-enabled productivity, learning, analytics, or content development tools preferred; strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; analytical skills; ability to evaluate information, identify common themes, and provide practical recommendations; ability to coordinate multiple assignments with competing deadlines; ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders; and ability to resolve moderately complex problems using independent judgment.
