Gundersen Health System in Green Bay, WI seeks a learning and development leader to partner with executives, design training programs, and advance leadership development. This 1.0 FTE, hybrid role requires 3+ years of people leadership and a business or HR background, with a focus on adult learning and engaging stakeholders at all levels.

What You'll Do:

What You'll Need:

• Candidates must have the ability to demonstrate examples of successful team leadership, including any experience in coaching, fostering team engagement, etc.
• 3-4 years' experience in HR, Organizational Development, training and development, or related
• Prior adult learning experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

What's Available:

FTE : 1.0 FTE

Schedule : Days typically Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Location : This is a hybrid-eligible position based at our Green Bay, WI campus. While there is flexibility to work remotely, this role will require a regular onsite presence in Green Bay. Light travel to other locations may also be needed to support business priorities and events.
